About MAGAN SCENTS
MAGAN SCENTS is a fragrance house based in the United Arab Emirates, offering original fragrance creations, including limited-edition releases. References to “MAGAN SCENTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to MAGAN SCENTS.
Products and Limited Editions
We make reasonable efforts to present our fragrances, packaging, descriptions, images, and product information accurately.
Many MAGAN SCENTS fragrances are produced in limited quantities. Natural materials may exhibit subtle variations between harvests, batches, and origins. Such natural variations may form part of the character of the fragrance and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or withdraw an offering from sale.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges.
Applicable shipping charges will be presented separately where available.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and other destination-country fees are the responsibility of the customer, as further described in our Shipping Policy.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by MAGAN SCENTS.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to decline or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or technical error, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or inability to lawfully or safely deliver fragrance products to the selected destination.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount paid to MAGAN SCENTS will be refunded.
Payment
Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. Payments may be subject to authorization, fraud-prevention checks, or other verification by payment providers or financial institutions.
Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. MAGAN SCENTS is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carriers, weather, transportation restrictions, public authorities, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
