MAGAN SCENTS carefully prepares each order to ensure that our fragrances are securely packaged and presented with the attention expected from our house.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, product launches, limited-edition releases, or periods of high demand.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive available shipment or tracking information.

Shipping Charges

Product prices displayed on the MAGAN SCENTS website do not include shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and will be displayed at checkout, where available, based on the destination, shipment method, and order details.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or other relevant third party.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping charges paid to MAGAN SCENTS.

MAGAN SCENTS does not determine, collect, or control destination-country customs duties or import charges unless expressly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements and charges applicable in their destination country before placing an order.

Delivery Times

Any delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, security procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of MAGAN SCENTS.

Fragrance Shipping Restrictions

Perfume is subject to transportation and aviation regulations in certain countries and regions. As a result, some destinations or shipping methods may be unavailable or subject to additional requirements.

MAGAN SCENTS reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to lawfully or safely ship fragrance products to the selected destination.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, and other information required for delivery and customs clearance.

MAGAN SCENTS is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned because the customer does not pay applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, clearance fees, or carrier charges, or because the customer fails to complete required customs or delivery procedures, any refund for which the order is otherwise eligible may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, handling fees, and other costs incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please retain the product and all original packaging and contact MAGAN SCENTS promptly with your order details and clear photographs.

If tracking indicates a delivery issue or a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can review the matter with the carrier.

Changes After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, MAGAN SCENTS may be unable to change the delivery address, shipping method, or destination.

Applicable Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
