MAGAN SCENTS — Return & Refund Policy
We want every MAGAN SCENTS order to arrive in perfect condition. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only under the conditions set out below, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns
A return may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, with all seals, labels, protective wrapping, and accompanying materials intact.
For hygiene, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, fragrances that have been opened, unsealed, sprayed, tested, used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.
Limited Editions
Many MAGAN SCENTS creations are produced in strictly limited quantities. Limited availability does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. However, replacement of a limited-edition item is subject to availability. If an eligible replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be offered in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact MAGAN SCENTS promptly and provide your order details together with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box where relevant.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, MAGAN SCENTS will arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns made for reasons other than an error, defect, or damage attributable to MAGAN SCENTS, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage charges, and similar third-party charges are non-refundable by MAGAN SCENTS, except where required by applicable law.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
Product prices displayed by MAGAN SCENTS do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated at checkout.
Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable directly to the relevant authorities, carrier, or customs broker. MAGAN SCENTS does not control or determine these charges.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the customer declines to pay applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or other destination-country fees, any refund for which the order is otherwise eligible may be reduced by the shipping, return, customs, handling, or other costs incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact MAGAN SCENTS as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
